Why do some portraits look soooo good?
Suggestions for a Great Portrait

Hair:   Boy are we confused! With all the different styles today, sometimes we aren't sure if that's the way you want it or if a wild animal landed on your head. We watch for fly aways or obvious messed up hair, but please have your hair the way you want it when you leave the dressing room.
Guys, you don't want to be shaggy, but give yourself at least a week after a haircut to let it "fill" in a little.
Ladies, wear your hair the way you normally do. A fresh cut or a new perm may not be the way you always want to be remembered.
Do not change your hair style until after you have viewed your originals from your session.

Glasses:   Glasses can often cause reflections and magnifications that could be costly, if not impossible, to correct. If you have photo gray or tinted lenses, your lenses will darken under studio lights and you will not be able to see your eyes in your portraits.
Please ask your optician to "lend" you a pair of empty frames in the same style as yours. This will totally eliminate glare.
Those who still prefer to wear their own glasses should be advised that if glare is present, (and we'll try to eliminate it as much as possible), then retouching will be at your expense.
